The automatic control system of the winding machine mainly includes: automatic object control, working parameter setting, system working status control and real-time monitoring, etc.
    Setting of control parameters and working parameters of winder: Parameter setting is the basis for realizing object control and automatic control of working process. This system realizes parameter setting through LCD color LCD touch screen. Mainly include the following:
   (1) Winding tension of winder (unit: kg): used for tension control
   (2) Coil thickness of the winding machine (unit: mm): used to fine-tune the winding diameter during the winding process
   (3) Coil diameter of the winder (unit: meter or centimeter): used to adjust the diameter of the winder before winding
   (4) The number of winding turns (unit; lap) that the winding machine fine-tunes once determines the fine-tuning frequency
   (5) The total number of winding turns of the winding machine (unit: turn): realize the control of the winding process
   (6) Winding speed of the winder (unit: circle/minute): realize the speed of the inverter to the motor
