1. 　　⑴ Winding station
When rewinding, the push plate cylinder is in the retracted position, the push plate moves backward, the expansion head is exposed, the expansion and contraction cylinder retracts, and the expander is pulled through the pull rod to expand the bow plate of the expansion head. At this time, the expansion head is outside. The diameter is determined by the user, and the coil can be wound by connecting the steel plate.

The push rod of the expansion head of the winder moves forward under the action of the expansion and contraction cylinder, and the expander is pushed to retract the expansion head arch plate, loosen the coiled steel plate drum, and the receiving trolley moves to the direction of the expansion head. At the lower part of the coil, the jacking and receiving device moves upwards and the lower part of the coil, then the piston of the push plate cylinder moves forward, and the push plate pushes forward, pushing the coiled steel plate coil away from the winding machine, and at the same time the receiving trolley Move outwards synchronously with the push plate.
